By using colmogravity.shop and purchasing ColmoGravity products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please leave the website.

ColmoGravity provides SaaS products (TGLead, CallRadar, Ephemeris) and business automation consulting services. Specific features and prices are stated on the website at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify product functionality with 30 days' notice for material changes.

Accepted payment methods: Visa/Mastercard via Stripe or Lemon Squeezy, USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency), Telegram Stars (Ephemeris only).

All prices are in euros (€) excluding VAT. EU VAT is added according to the buyer's location under EU rules. An EU VAT invoice is issued on request.

Payment is considered complete upon confirmation by the payment processor.

TGLead and CallRadar subscriptions auto-renew monthly. You may cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.

Ephemeris (Telegram Stars) purchases are one-time; refunds are subject to Telegram's own policy.

If a product was not launched within 7 days of payment due to our fault, you are entitled to a full refund.

To request a refund, email 7172016vs@gmail.com with the payment date and reason. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.

Partial subscription periods are non-refundable if the service was functioning properly.

Products are provided 'as is'. We make no guarantees of specific business results.

Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.

We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

All website content, including text, graphics, and code, is the property of ColmoGravity or its licensors. Copying without permission is prohibited.

The freeclaude and Claude Bridge tools are distributed under the MIT License.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes are subject to the courts of Barcelona, unless the parties agree otherwise.

For EU consumer residents, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence apply.

We will notify you of changes at least 14 days in advance via Telegram or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
