ColmoGravity is a trade name of Nikita Berezniker (hereinafter 'we', 'us', 'our'), based in Barcelona, Spain. We act as the data controller under EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. What Data We Collect
We collect personal data only through the invoice request form:
• Full name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Phone number (required — for identity verification)
• Telegram account (required — for verification and communication)
• Social media profile / website (optional)
• Company name (optional)
• EU VAT ID (optional)
• Selected product and comment (optional)
The website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or any surveillance tools.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data is used solely to issue invoices and respond to commercial inquiries.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps. For business correspondence: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest (responding to a user's request).
4. Third-Party Transfers
The invoice form sends your data via the Telegram messenger (Telegram Messenger Inc.) to the account @nik_nikiti4. Telegram is an independent data controller under its own privacy policy.
For card payments via Stripe — Stripe Inc. (USA) processes payment data. Stripe holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification and is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
5. Retention Period
Invoice data is retained for 7 years in compliance with Spanish tax law (Ley General Tributaria). Correspondence without an invoice is kept for no longer than 2 years.

7. Cookies and Tracking
Our website sets no cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any other trackers. The only client-side preference is the language stored in the URL path.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es. EU residents may also contact their local supervisory authority.
